Note: This policy mainly pertains to large orders of $350 or more and wholesale transactions.
We understand that sometimes plans change. Our goal is to ensure a fair and transparent process for everyone involved. Here’s how our cancellation and store credit policies work:
Cancellation Credit
Large orders require significant time and resources to prepare. If you need to cancel your order within 36 hours (1.5 days), we will refund 70% of your balance. The remaining 30% will be provided as a cancellation credit for future orders.
You can use your cancellation credit within 6 months from the date of the refund. Please note that it’s your responsibility to keep track of this credit. We’re here to help, but we cannot be held responsible if the credit is not used within the timeframe.
Questions That May Be Asked
- Can I request a different ship date instead of canceling my order?
Yes, if you contact us within the 36-hour window, we can delay shipments by up to a week. We can extend this period if weather conditions require it. - What happens to my Cancellation Credit if I don't use it within 6 months?
If the credit is not used within 6 months, it will either be retained or donated due to the time and effort involved. We will make this decision based on the circumstances. - Can I place future orders if I canceled a previous order and it has been longer than 6 months?
Absolutely! We believe in second chances and understand that sometimes things don’t go as planned. Communication is key, and we value honesty and transparency about your satisfaction.
Store Credit
Store credit can be redeemed at any time within a year of the original transaction date. If you wish to use your credit, please let us know.
We will monitor store credit for all customers and grant it for various reasons, including:
- Birthdays
- Special Holidays
- Sharing posts
- Sharing store news feeds on social media
- Providing feedback or recommendations
- Issues with DOA or packages
