PNS Bacteria (Rhodopseudomonas palustris)

Helps maintain the health of marine and freshwater species. By using biological filtration to speed up the nitrogen cycle and reduce Ammonia, Nitrite, Nitrate, and Phosphate. While providing additional nutrition. Grown myself and guaranteed satisfaction and good results. Just take a look at the deep dark red color.

Best to feed after the lights have turned off. Start by dosing every other day and gradually increase to daily. After expectations are met, can slow the dosing rate. For best results be sure to discontinue all UV, skimmers, and ozone activities for a minimum 1 to 24 hours after dosing. For best result keep PNS bacteria use to some level of light. Store at room temperature not for human consumption.

For 1^st time users you may notice the PNS has a strong potent odor or gagging smell this is completely normal.

Expiration date. This product is proven to have a shelf life of 8 months when sealed.

Please be careful when opening the box with a knife as you could puncture the product.

Live Phytoplankton

Guaranteed to be the freshest, will harvest at the time of shipment. I use a Secchi Disk and filter the plankton to ensure you will receive the healthiest plankton available with little to no settling.

You will receive an assorted mixed blend (mixed) at the time of packaging. Containing Nannochloropsis, Tetraselmis, Isochrysis, Porphyridium Cruentum, Dunaliella Salina, Pavlova, Thalassiosira weissflogii

You may notice the plankton may have a foul smell this is normal and more varies by species. This is live plankton and is completely safe to use even if it is dead. Will not harm your system. Please be sure to shake the bottle every few days.

Shipping Services

I will provide you with a tracking number and actively communicate about your order details and status while it is processing.

I limit my shipping to the continental United States only. Most packages will be shipped overnight through UPS.

For Livestock I generally use UPS Next Day Air, UPS Next Day Air Saver or UPS 2-Day,
For Phytoplankton I generally use 2-day or ground delivery generally 2-3 days.
For all other such as 3D Prints and Dry goods I use snail mail such as Economy / UPS Ground Saver Shipping 3-7days

Expected Delivery & Processing Time

I have a 1-2 day processing and handling time. This is the time that I have to process your order, Create a shipping label and provide you with a tracking number. And to verify a good day to ship out the Livestock. This does not include the shipping transit time.

Because Corals, Fish, and Inverts are alive. In order to avoid delays, I generally ship out on Monday through Wednesday. I have had some customers that require me to ship packages out on Thursday's for Friday delivery. If this is the case I do not guarantee DOA's if the package was delayed over the weekend due to someone wanting me to ship out on a Thursday.

For example, If I shipped out a package out on Wednesday and it delayed it should still arrive by Friday. If I shipped out on Thursday the package could sit all weekend long if the package was delayed.

I will make an effort to have your items delivered within 7 business days (1 week) turnaround time most of the time I can ship your order out within 24 hours. I prefer not to do this on Thursdays so please do not hold this against me. I realize you are just as excited about receiving your new purchase.

In some extreme cases with extreme temperatures or weather I may have to wait to ship 2-3 weeks out before I could ship. By having this time, I can communicate with you about the most effective day to ship and prevent delays caused by holidays, temperatures, and mother nature. I would like to add a clause for added insurance - If we do have to wait upon multiple weeks if the buyer chooses I will gladly hold Livestock or refund payment if I cannot get the package out in a timely manner.

Packaging Livestock

Although I am extremely careful when I package livestock. To help prevent certain livestock from being smashed or arrive damaged, when shipping, fragile livestock. Before shipping, I have the option to remove the plug or disk that the coral is mounted to. If that's the case, I'll inform you beforehand and let you make the final decision. In some cases, if I don't hear back from you or if I need to make an Immediate decision. I have the power to do what I feel is necessary. Removal of the disk will not hurt any corals in any way. I will not remove any coral that is encrusted or attached to the frag plug or disk, as this can stress the item.

Combining Orders With Live Stock

I will combine shipping feel free to check out and pay and I’ll combine the order and send you back a partial refund as needed. – Please note as items are combined weight increases, and shipping fees may end up being a little more usually around $5-$10.

I will generally use the more expensive shipping price when shipping. Any amount paid that is not used will be refunded back as a partial refund once the orders are combined.

There are various reasons to why one item might have had a different shipping price. For example, maybe the listing was featured as a Ground, 2-day or Next Day Air and had different shipping options.

Combining Orders Non Live Stock

I will try to combine orders when there is room. But if you order 1 gallon container of Live Phytoplankton or even 1 Quart it would be shipped separately. Therefore, any extra money paid for shipping would not be refunded back. Same would apply to large 3D Printed designs or any other miscellaneous items. In this case please expect multiple packages that may arrive on different days.

The more research is conducted in our reef-keeping industry, the more educated everyone will be. In the meantime, I am certain that there are species in our own system that are viewed as safe but are actually deadly.

If I mistakenly said something wasn't toxic or venomous on this page and it turns out to be false. I CCREEF cannot be held accountable for any health-related consequences, including stings, bites, allergic reactions, and the worst case scenario, death. That may result from improper handling or handling of any species. It is my recommendation that everyone wears properly fitted PPE. Especially during handling unknown species, PPE being Gloves, fully fitted Goggles, Proper Respiratory Mask that will filter out chemicals if for some reason a coral released a toxin by chance. When purchasing from CCREEF, you knowingly accept any and all risks associated with the species that you purchased for your own viewing pleasure.

DOAs - Dead on Arrival

Any DOAs due to shipping service and the use of negative feedback on eBay will not be tolerated. Instead, I will help you during this uneventful time and do everything in my power to help. I’ll file and help process a claim for you when needed.

No signature required on my end. - My only request is for someone to be present and bring the package inside to keep it safe from the elements.

DOAs Packages will only be accepted within a two-hour time period from receipt of the package, time stamped from when the driver drops it off. Must include a clear non blurry picture of DOA item in sealed bag. If bag is opened DOA may be refused. I may ask you for a temperature reading upon delivery.

If there are any issues, do not hesitate to contact me immediately. Crediting your account or sending a replacement minus any shipping costs is what I will do. Buyers are unable to ask for refunds because of the nature of live corals. It is necessary to pay extra for shipping.

My goal is to receive 100% positive feedback. I will rectify it in any way I can.

I will learn from my mistakes and try to prevent them from happening in the future. I am a firm believer in communicating openly and honestly.

If DOA happens because of Shipping Delay I will first, try to file a claim It can take up to 1 to 2 weeks for claim to process.

I strive for 100% positive feedback. I have no control once the package leaves my hands. If delays or mistakes occurs. In most cases, I have multiple frags of the same species and would be happy to provide you with store credit or ship another item if you pay for the extra shipping. If I list a species with a 'No Guarantee'. I cannot guarantee it for live arrival. I guarantee all items are healthy and well. If you request, I do not mind sending you an updated picture to provide proof the item is indeed healthy. I may not guarantee some high-end items, and the reason is they tend to grow more slowly and simply due to limited quantity.

I will ensure that the coral will be well package. Remains properly insulated along with the proper heat / Ice Pack. The reason I would need to place a 'No Guarantee', I have to protect myself from the shipping company (UPS, FEDEX & some cases USPS). The main reason for this is the shipping delays. Although I have not encountered any issues regarding DOA claims, it seems that one out of every 30 packages I ship is delayed by an extra day and because of this I have had customers where their temp of the water is a little warmer 79 - 81degrees which is fine. My systems run on the warmer side. For instance, in the summer my tanks can get up to 80 F and sometimes 81 F. I am more concerned with quick changes in temperature +/- 5degrees in 24 hours . Florida Keys water temperature is around 86 F - 87 F and most corrals survive these warm seasons. It does not mean they are not stressed.

I make sure to work diligently with every customer and to keep each informed throughout the process. Following Covid, shipping companies are no longer obligated to pay out insurance for packages for any 'Act Of God' and are no longer responsible for guaranteeing on-time delivery. Which makes it hard to file any claims. This is the ultimate reasons why I some items may not be Live Arrival Guarantee.
