Refund Policy
The buyer must contact CCREEF with their name and shipping address as shown on the order number at least 36 hours (1.5 days) before the scheduled shipment date.
Full Refund
Customers will receive a full refund if the cancellation is requested 36 hours (1.5 days) before shipment. Orders are prepared 24 hours in advance, ensuring minimal stress on livestock before shipping.
Partial Refund
If a cancellation request is received less than 36 hours (1.5 days) before shipment, a 70 percent refund will be provided. The remaining 30 percent will be credited for future purchases.
DOA & Live Arrival Guarantee
In the event of DOA (Dead on Arrival), please refer to our Live Arrival Guarantee policy for full details.
Shipping Responsibility
- Do not refuse a package—always accept delivery.
- If the box is damaged, provide detailed pictures immediately.
- CCREEF is not responsible for shipping delays, weather events, or unforeseen circumstances.
