No Return Policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective or damaged. If you receive a defective or damaged item, please contact us with details of the product and the defect.
General Policy
- The reasons why is because I provide perishable goods such as Phytoplankton, Copepods, Livestock, PNS Bacteria.
- Regarding dry goods such as 3D prints, or other related non-perishable items, it is simply due to shipping. It can cost more to return the product than what it’s worth. I value your satisfaction and therefore request that you contact me if you have any concerns.
Defective or Damaged Items
To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 7 days of receiving the item. Please provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect or damage. You may be required to send the item back to us for inspection.
Exceptions
We do not accept returns or exchanges for the following items:
- Perishable goods (Phytoplankton, Copepods, Livestock, PNS Bacteria)
- Custom or personalized items
- Digital products (e.g., downloadable software, e-books, designs, plans, and drawings)
- Gift cards – Will not expire; it will simply carry over until used.
- 3D Prints or Dry Goods
- Sale or clearance items
Process for Defective or Damaged Items
- Contact us within 7 days of receiving the item.
- Provide proof of purchase and a detailed description of the defect or damage.
- If required, send the item back to us.
- Upon receipt of the returned product, we will examine it and notify you via email within a reasonable period whether you are entitled to a replacement.
- If eligible, we will send you a replacement product at no additional cost.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

This policy is governed by the laws of Kentucky, United States of America. We reserve the right to modify this policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website.
As I expand and carry more products and wholesale, I do plan to accept returns. I value your support, trust, and communication.
